Can I see when an automation stopped on contact-level?

Yes. In Spotler Mail+, you can see on the contact card when an automation stopped for a contact. In the Automation interacties tab, you open the flow of the automation. There you see the date and time each step was carried out. This works both when the contact completed the automation and when the contact was removed from the automation manually.

How do you see when an automation stopped for a contact?

  1. Go to the Lists module and open the Contacts tab.
  2. Find the contact, click the dropdown menu and select View. The contact card opens.
  3. Open the Automation interactions tab.
  4. Click View next to the automation.

  5. View the Status in flow tab.

The Status in flow tab shows the date and time of every step that was carried out. A green line shows how far the contact got in the automation. The time of the last completed step is the moment the automation stopped for this contact:

  • Did the contact complete the automation? The green line runs all the way to End automation.
  • Was the contact removed from the automation manually? You see when that happened.
