This release of Spotler Mail+ includes improvements to the execution of Automations and introduces notifications for negative credits in subaccounts. In addition, several bugs have been resolved in Automations, forms, and mailings.

Improved Automation processing

Automations are now executed faster and more reliably, even at high volumes. Improvements in processing reduce waiting times and ensure steps are handled more consistently. This provides a more stable experience, especially for accounts with many active processes.

Notification for negative credits in subaccounts

Subaccounts within a Corporate or Franchise structure will now automatically receive a clear notification when their email or SMS credits drop below zero. This helps prevent unexpected situations in usage and costs.

Bug fixes

  • Ticket number: 2403309 | Automations: database pool exhausted under high load
    High request volumes could exhaust the database connections, causing failures. The pool size has been increased and caching was added to prevent this.
  • Ticket number: 2389737, 2389705 | Mailing report: bot opens filtered out
    Bot opens are now correctly excluded from the list of contacts who did not click.
  • Ticket number: 2391627 | Forms: external ID field handling
    When submitting a form with a hidden externalId, the value was previously stored as an empty string instead of NULL. This has been corrected, and existing values have been restored.
  • Status indicator for final emails
    When reopening the status view, an incorrect marker could appear. The status indicator now correctly shows a green dot.
  • Ticket number: 2396355 | Deadlocks in batch mailings
    Measures have been taken to prevent deadlocks when sending simultaneous batch mailings. Further optimizations will follow in a later release.
  • Ticket number: 2406698, 2411627 | Form feedback in notification messages
    When enabling EVENT_BASED_MAILING_SERVICE, form results were sometimes not properly included in notifications. This issue has been resolved.
  • Ticket number: 2412088 | Product lists in older templates
    Creating messages based on older templates containing product lists could result in errors when a feature flag was active. This has now been fixed.
  • Time component in date fields
    After an earlier upgrade, saved times were sometimes not displayed correctly in date fields. This is now working as expected again.
  • Integration license screen
    The warning text shown when activating an integration license was missing. The correct text is now displayed in the popup.
