This release of Spotler Mail+ introduces a new way to centrally manage data imports for franchise accounts, including improvements to sFTP integration and several bug fixes in Automations and forms.
In this article you will learn more about:
Central import for franchise accounts
A new and simplified import process is now available for franchise accounts. This central import uses sFTP by default and is integrated into a new Integrations tab in the settings. Both existing and new franchise accounts automatically have access to this functionality.
From the franchise environment, you can centrally set up an import without storing contacts at that level. Instead, incoming contacts are automatically routed to the appropriate subaccounts, based on the settings you define. This allows for a controlled, secure, and efficient distribution of contact data across your franchise network—without having to import into each subaccount manually.
If a franchise account already has an sFTP connection, it will appear automatically in the overview.
