In July, we’re introducing the new Test center. By letting Spotler Mail+ check your message, you can avoid mistakes and ensure your message is displayed correctly before sending it. In addition, we’ve implemented several bug fixes to further improve the platform’s overall stability and user experience.
Check links and images with the Test center
Instantly see which links or images aren’t functioning correctly in your message using the new Test center. By letting Spotler Mail+ check your message, you no longer have to manually test every link, and you can easily verify whether images are loading properly. More features will be added to the Test center in the future to further assist you.
You can open the Test center via the dropdown menu in the message overview or directly from the editor.
Via the editor:
Via the dropdown menu:
In the Test center, you’ll get a visual preview of your message, including alerts about broken links or images that don’t load correctly or are too large. Want to update a link or image? You can do this directly in the editor.

Bug Fixes
- Ticket: 2364387 | Proper handling of unsubscribes via email client
When a contact unsubscribed via their email client (e.g., using an "unsubscribe" link), this was incorrectly marked as spam. It will now be processed as a normal unsubscribe, allowing the contact to re-subscribe later using a form.
- Ticket: 2337948 | Annual balance in credit overview now accounts for expired credits
The annual account balance showed too many available credits because expired credits weren’t deducted. This has been corrected so that the displayed balance matches the actual available credits.
- Ticket: 2352723 | Dynamic content correctly displayed when editing optional blocks
When editing optional content blocks, the default version of the dynamic list was always shown. This has been fixed: the saved dynamic list now displays correctly.
- Ticket: 2352928 | ‘Other’ option in forms now visible in API results
When a user selected the “other” option in a form, this response was not visible in the API results for GET /form/result/. The value was visible in exported results from the interface. This has now been resolved; the value is also available via the API.
- Ticket: 2368039 | New credit bundle starts without negative balance
If a user purchased a new credit bundle before the old one had expired, the remaining deficit was carried over. The new bundle now always starts with a clean slate.
- Ticket: 2370627 | Send button color in forms now shown correctly in the new editor
In forms with vertical questions, the configured color of the send button was not displayed. This has been fixed: the button now shows the correct color as configured.
- Ticket: 2374402 | Improved accessibility of text fields with sublabels
Screen readers did not read sublabels of text fields when a user returned to a previous page in the form. This has been fixed to improve accessibility.
- Ticket: 2372003, 2374550, 2375589 | Doctype retained when using optional content
When adding optional content, the <!DOCTYPE> declaration was removed, which affected rendering in certain email clients. This issue has now been resolved.
- Preserving tracking data in sent emails
In some cases, the tracking domain (linkDomainId) was overwritten with an empty value, resulting in untracked clicks and opens. This has now been fixed.
- Faster processing of list sizes in large accounts
In large accounts, counting unique contacts in step 2 of the mailing wizard caused delays or errors. This check is now skipped for large lists to improve user experience.
