This is only possible with a form type such as Subscribe or Profile. When choosing one of these forms, it is important you link the answer with the database fields in Spotler.
This can be done with the link sign behind the question.
Click on the paperclip and a pop-up screen will appear. This screen allows you to link questions to a database field.
For multiple choice questions, it is important to link the answer options as well.
