Do you want to test which sending time works best for your target audience? Or would you like to spread out the traffic to your website more effectively? Then sending in batches is the solution.
Get started in Mail+
At step 4 of scheduling your mailing, choose Send to batches.
You’ll see the following options:
- Number of batches: Enter the number of batches you want to send.
- Send date first batch: Specify the time you want the first batch to be sent.
- Time between batches: Set the time between batches in hours or days.

Create custom batches: If you check this option, you can adjust the number of contacts per batch and specify the time for each batch more precisely (at least one hour apart).
When you click Next, step 5 will show you an overview of the batches you’ve configured.
After the first batch has been sent, you can view the results of the batch mailing in the reporting section.
