How do I replace a document with a new version?

Spotler does not support document version management. Uploading a new file always creates a new URL. To ensure users access the latest version, you must update all existing links.

Steps

  1. Upload the new version of your document in Spotler.
  2. Copy the newly generated document URL.
  3. Navigate to each location where the old document is used:
    • Webpages
    • Emails or messages
  4. Replace the old URL with the new one.
  5. Save and republish where needed.
