Only an account owner can remove a user license.
First, remove the user in the user overview. You must have at least 3 user licenses* these belong to the account and cannot be removed. So even if you only have two users, you still have space for three. Think of it as an empty user seat.
Once you’ve removed the users, you can cancel the license. Go to Account under Account & Billing. There you’ll see the number of licenses. Hover over the line and you’ll see the Cancel button.
Click the Cancel button. A pop-up will appear. In the input field, you can indicate how many licenses you want to remove. Then click OK.
