You can log in to Spotler via https://login.spotlermail.com
Your username is generated by Spotler and is NOT your email address. After a user or account has been created, you’ll receive an email with the name of the account you have access to. In this email you will see an ‘Activate account’ button.
Click on the button and a new window will open in your browser. In this window you can set a password (your user name will be shown here).
The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least 3 of the following categories:
- Uppercase letters (A-Z)
- Lowercase letters (a-z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters
It is highly recommended to store your username and password in a password manager (a secure digital safe) such as LastPass or Passwordstate.
You are now ready to log in.
What to do when I have forgotten my password?
Did you forget your password? No problem. You can request a password reset in the login screen. Below the password input field you will see a link ‘Forgot your password?’.
When you click Forgot password? You will see the following screen:
Fill in your user name (this is NOT your email address) and click “Send instructions”. An instruction email will be sent to the email address associated with this user name.
In this email click on “Reset password”. A new window will open in your browser. Enter a new password that meets the requirements.
When your password has been changed successfully, you can now log in again with your username and new password.
