Would you like us to import your client database to Spotler? There is an easy and safe way to send it to us. You can easily add your file with File exchange, after which your Spotler supplier or our Support department can download it. This way, you can securely send us your file and you won't have to use an external system such as email, Dropbox or WeTransfer.
Exchanging files with Spotler File exchange
The File exchange function can be found in the profile menu: go to Settings under the tab Security.
You can see which files have been uploaded in the overview. The other tables show you which user has added the file, on what date that was done, and the number of days that the file will still be available. A file will always be available in File exchange for 10 days. After this, it will be deleted automatically, so you don't have to worry about doing it yourself.
Uploading a file
Add a file of your choice by clicking the blue Upload file button. You can use File exchange to send various types of files, from target group lists in Excel to images in JPG or PNG format.
There is no limit to the number of files you can upload.
Downloading or deleting a file
If you want to download or delete a file, simply right-click or use the drop-down menu and click Delete.
