File exchange

Would you like for us to check your client database? It is desirable to send this to us in an easy and safe way.

With File Exchange you can simply add your file, after which our support department or your Spotler supplier can download it. This way you send us your file securely and you do not have to use an external system such as email, Dropbox or WeTransfer. In fact, your contact file is only accepted via the file exchange. 

Exchanging files with Spotler Mail+ File exchange

The File exchange function can be found in the profile menu: go to Settings and choose the tab Security.

You can see which files have been uploaded in the overview. The other tables show you which user has added the file, on what date this was done and the number of days that the file is still available. A file will always be available in File exchange for 10 days. After this, it will be deleted automatically. This way you do not have to worry about doing it yourself.

 

Uploading a file

Add a file of your choice by clicking on the blue Upload file button. You can use File exchange to send various types of files, from target audience lists in Excel to images in JPG or PNG format.

There is no limit to the number of files you can upload.

Downloading or deleting a file

If you want to download or delete a file, simply right-click with your mouse or use the drop-down menu and click Delete.

How do you manage reseller rights in your Spotler Mail+ account?

During the first phase after purchasing your Mail+ account, your Spotler reseller has standard rights within your account to provide help everywhere. Besides this phase, nobody can unsolicited edit data, import or send mailings. Your reseller can request temporary rights so that he is able to perform these actions. You can easily manage these rights yourself in your account. 

To give a reseller access, go to the profile menu at the left bottom and click Settings again. By default, you will end up in the Account & Billing tab. Click on Resellers on the gray left side.

You will see an overview of contacts who have made a request. The drop-down menu allows you to view or process the request.
