Ideas forum introduction

The Ideas Forum was introduced to give customers a voice in shaping the further development of existing features in the software. As a customer, you can submit new ideas and vote on ideas submitted by others. This way, development is influenced collectively by the Spotler Mail+ community.

You can access the Ideas Forum via the widget on the homepage of your account or directly via this link: https://spotler.ideas.aha.io/ideas/?sort=popular. If prompted to log in, simply use your regular Spotler (Mail+) login details.

On this page you have the following options:

Make your voice heard in the Ideas Forum

Every customer can see all ideas and either upvote them or start a discussion with others. This helps us understand which improvements matter most and what the community would most like to see changed in Spotler Mail+.

Submitting and voting is anonymous to other users. Only Spotler can see who submitted or voted on ideas. This allows us to contact you directly if we have questions about your input.

What can you expect from Spotler Mail+?

The voice of the customer plays a big role in shaping Spotler Mail+. Ideas with the most votes are more likely to be implemented so we can deliver value to as many users as possible.

Each quarter, we review the most popular ideas and develop the one with the most votes. In addition to the top idea, we also select a few others to implement, regardless of their vote count. Every idea in the Top 20 is reviewed, and we’ll keep you informed about any progress.

While the top-voted ideas drive development, Spotler also retains the freedom to introduce internal improvements. This allows us to group changes efficiently or align with our product vision when needed.
