To open the Ideas Forum, log in to your Spotler Mail+ account. You will land on the dashboard. Scroll down to find the Ideas Forum widget section.
There you’ll see two columns:
- Recent ideas – the most recently submitted ideas and their current status
- Popular ideas – the top 5 ideas with the most votes
On this page you have the following options:
Recent ideas
In the widget, you can browse the most recently added ideas along with their current statuses. Want to contribute an idea right away? Click the yellow New idea button.
A pop-up window will appear where you can immediately submit your suggestion.
Popular ideas
The right-hand column shows the 5 most popular ideas. A star icon indicates the top 3 highest ranked ideas.
Hover over any idea to instantly vote by clicking the vote button.
Ideas Forum homepage
Want to browse all submitted ideas? Click the View all ideas button below the widget. This opens the full Ideas Forum in a new browser tab, so you can easily return to Spotler Mail+ at any time.
The Ideas Forum homepage includes the following features:

Top of the screen:
- How does it work? – A blue button linking to an explanation of how the forum works
- New idea – A yellow button to add a new idea

Left-hand side:
- Overview of your own ideas, votes and subscriptions
- Filters to browse ideas by Status
- Filters to browse ideas by Category

Right-hand side:
- Recent, Trending and Popular tabs to sort by submission date, votes or comments
- Search bar to check if your idea already exists
- Vote buttons to support existing ideas with a single click
