Webpages Overview

In the Overview of the Webpages module you can view, create, edit and change the status of your webpages.

Getting started

Hover your mouse cursor over the screen in the overview screen. You will see a round symbol with an arrow repeatedly light up. Use this to open the editing menu. You can also use your right mouse button to open this menu.

Starting in this screen you can:

Edit and manage folders
Create new folders by clicking on the plus symbol next to Folders or rearrange the folders by clicking on the double arrow symbol. Would you like to edit an existing folder? Managing and editing webpages
Manage and edit existing webpages via the editing menu that you can open by clicking on the round symbol that lights up on the right side of your screen. Would you like to know more about the possibilities of this editing menu? Go to Editing menus for folders and webpages.

Selecting and moving multiple webpages
Select multiple webpages at the same time by checking the boxes in front of the webpages names. In the upper right-hand corner, you will see a round symbol with an arrow become highlighted, which can be used to open the editing menu for moving webpages. Next to this button, you will see the number of selected webpages. As soon as you click on the button, the editing menu will open:

You can use the Move option to move the selected webpages to one of your existing folders.

Tip.jpg Sort columns Name and Date
Hover your mouse cursor over the column name titles. You will see two arrows light up next to the column names Name and Date. With this you can sort webpages alphabetically or by date (in descending or ascending order).

 

Editing menus for folders and webpages

In the Overview you can open the following three drop-down menus:

  1. The drop-down menu for folders, by clicking the round symbol with the highlighted arrow that appears when you hover your cursor over the folders.
  2. The drop-down menu for documents by clicking the round symbol with the arrow that lights up when you hover your mouse cursor over your webpages.
  3. The drop-down menu for documents can also be found in the upper right-hand corner of your screen when you select the checkboxes of multiple webpages.

Explanation of the functions of the editing menu Folders

Rename Change the name of the folder.
Archive Move your webpages folder to Archive.
Delete Delete your webpages folder..

Explanation of functions of the editing menu Webpages

Edit Open the step-by-step plan of your webpage. This can be used to make changes to your webpage. Need help? Go to New webpage.
Open editor Open the editor of the module Webpages. This directly opens the webpage editor. Need help? Go to Editors Webpages.
Change status Open the Change status of your webpage screen. From this menu you can alter the status of your webpage to Draft, Test or Final.
  • Use the Draft status when you are still working on your webpage.
  • A webpage with a Test status is suited for yourself and your colleagues. You can use this status if your webpage is ready to be tested.
You choose the Final status  when you have finished and tested your webpage. Additionally, you can only use a webpage as a thank you page after the status has been changed to Final.
View Open the preview screen. Now you can see how the webpage will be displayed on a desktop, smartphone or tablet.
Rename Change the name of your webpage.
Duplicate Duplicate your webpage.
Move Move your webpage to a webpage folder.
Archive Move your webpage to the Archive.
Delete Delete your webpage.
