In the Overview of the Images module you can view, edit and upload images.
Getting started
Click Overview and hover your mouse cursor over the screen. You will see a round symbol containing an arrow appear, which you can use to open the drop-down menu. You can also open this menu by clicking your right mouse button. When you move your mouse pointer over the image thumbnail, an enlarged image preview will appear.
The overview screen looks like this:
Starting in this screen you can:
Image search
Using the search bar that says Filter, you can search by name for specific images saved in your Mail+ account.
Edit and manage folders
Create new folders by clicking on the plus symbol next to Folders or rearrange the folders by clicking on the double arrow symbol. Would you like to edit an existing folder? Manage and edit images
Edit and manage existing images via the editing menu that you can open by clicking on the round symbol that lights up on the right side of your screen. Would you like to know more about the possibilities of this editing menu? Go to Editing menus for folders and images.
Selecting and moving multiple images
Select multiple images by checking the boxes in front of the images. In the upper right corner, you will see a round symbol with an arrow light up which can be used to open the editor menu for moving images. Next to this button you will see the number of selected images. As soon as you click the button the editing menu will be opened:
Sorting the columns Name, Upload date, Size and Date modified Hover your mouse cursor over the titles of the column names in the Overview screen. You will see two arrows light up next to the column names Name, Upload date, Size and Date modified. With this you can sort images alphabetically, by size and by upload date descending or ascending. |
Editing menus for folders and images
In the Overview you can open the following three drop-down menus:
- The drop-down menu for folders by clicking on the round symbol with the highlighted arrow that appears when you hover your cursor over the folders.
- The drop-down menu for images by clicking the round symbol with the arrow that lights up when you hover your mouse cursor over your images.
- The drop-down menu for images can also be found in the upper right-hand corner of your screen when you tick the checkboxes of multiple images.

Explanation of the Folder editing menu functions
Rename | Change the name of the folder. |
Archive | Move your images folder to Archive. |
Delete | Delete your images folder. |
Explanation of the Images editing menu functions
Rename | Change the name of the image |
Archive | Move your image to Archive. |
Delete | Delete the image. |
Edit | Open the images editor to change your image. You can, for instance, flip the image or change its size. Need help? Go to the Images editor. |
View | Open the screen View. Your image will be displayed.On the left side you can see the image properties, such as the image size. |
Duplicate | Duplicate your images. |
Move | Move your image to an image folder. |
Change the preview mode By default, the overview will appear as a table. You can also choose to preview the overview in a grid view, which is a visual type of preview. If you prefer the grid view, click on the following icon in the top right: |
Edit archived images Only the images in the Overview can be edited. Images in the archive should be moved to the Overview before you can edit them. |
