Change the password of your Spotler user via the forgot password function. You can find this function via the Forgot your password? from the login screen. Or directly via this link.
Note: your email address is not your username Maybe your password is correct, but your username is not. You have a unique username for your Spotler user. This is not your email address. Your username is automatically generated when you created your user, such as janjansen. Can't remember your username? Read the article: I forgot my username. |
You will see the following screen:
Enter your username (this is not your e-mail address) and then click the Send instructions button. An email will be sent to the email address associated with the username.
Didn't receive the email within a few minutes? Then check your spam box or check whether your username is correct. Do you have multiple mailboxes? Like a general marketing inbox? Also check if this inbox might be linked to your user. If so, change the e-mail address to your personal email address afterwards.
You will receive the following email:
Click on Reset password in the email. A new window will open in your browser. Enter a new password that meets the following requirements:
The password must be at least 8 characters long and characters must contain at least 3 of the following categories:
- Capital letters (A-Z)
- Lower case letters (a-z)
- Numbers (0-9)
- Special characters
Store your username and password in a password manager (a secure digital safe) such as LastPass or Passwordstate.
When your password has been successfully changed, you will receive feedback on this. You can log in again with your username and new password.
