Chatting with Support is possible via the Help button. This is accessible via every module within Spotler.
A small screen opens with article suggestions. Click Live chat to start a chat. By default, your name is entered and your e-mail address. Type your question and click Start chat.
If the Support department is not available via chat, it is possible to leave a message.
Chat not visible?
The chat is not yet available in all Spotler accounts, but to a selective group. Ultimately, this option will become available to all our customers. You will receive a message from us when it is available in your account.
