You forgot your password and can't log in to the Spotler Suite any longer. That can happen. Fortunately, you can create a new password.
In the first screen, you enter your login name. However, this depends on whether you've already migrated your user account to the Spotler Suite. If not, use your original username. If so, enter your email address associated with your user account. Click here to read more on migrating your user account: How do I log in to the Spotler Suite?
Then click on the button Send instructions. An email will be sent to the linked email address.
Didn't receive an email within a few minutes? Then check your spambox or check wether your username is correct. You will receive the email shown below. Click on Reset password and a new window will open in your browser.
You will now be asked to set a new password for your account. Create a secure password that meets the requirements, confirm it and click Set password. We recommend saving this password carefully, e.g. in a password manager.
The new password is now set and you can login again.
