What should I do if I forgot my username for the Spotler Suite?

You forgot your username and can't log in to the Spotler Suite any longer. That can happen. We're here to help.

First, it is important to check whether your user account has already been migrated to the Spotler Suite. Click here to read more about that: How do I log in to the Spotler Suite?

If so, enter the email address that is associated with your user account, like in the example below:

If not, then we need your original username. Ask a colleague with access to your Spotler account to look it up in the user overview.

Your colleague goes to the Settings of your account, via the profile menu. When you click on Settings, you will first see your company details. To create users, click on Users under Access on the left. A new screen opens with an overview of users.

Double click on the user or select View in the right mouse menu. You will see the username at the top. This is the username we're looking for to login again.
