For logging in to the Spotler Suite, you should ask yourself the following:

I haven't migrated my user yet
In this article we step-by-step describe how to migrate your user to the Spotler Suite:
- Log in with current credentials
- Update profile
- Verify email address
- Set up new password
- Set up mandatory two-step verification
- All set!
Log in with current credentials
In this window you enter the current credentials for the account that you're using. Please note: your email address will not work if you haven't migrated to the Spotler Suite before. So, enter the existing login details that you normally use, such as the example below.
Update profile
Then you will update the profile with your personal working email address. This will be the email address with which you will ultimately log in to the Spotler Suite. Also check if your first and last name are correct and add/change if necessary.
Verify email address
A verification email will now be sent to the email address you provided. Didn't use the right email address? You can still change this by clicking on Click here and then filling in the correct one.
You will activate the account from the verification email you receive by clicking on the yellow button with Activate account. From that moment on, the email address is confirmed as the login method, as seen in the new window that opens after activation. After this, the previous username no longer works.
Set up new password
You will now be asked to set a new password for your account. Create a secure password that meets the requirements, confirm it and click Set password. We recommend saving this password carefully, e.g. in a password manager.
Set up mandatory two-step verification
You are required to use two-step verification to log in to the Spotler Suite. To set this up, first install an authenticator app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or FreeOTP. In this app you scan the QR code that is visible in the step-by-step plan in your browser, as shown below.
Have you scanned the code? The app will now show a six-digit verification code. If this fails, click on Can't scan the code? to manually add the key in your authenticator app. Enter the six-digit verification code in the appropriate field, then click Verify.
All set!
This was the final step of activating your account in the Spotler Suite! You can now log in.
Please note: for logging in, you will now have to use the email address you provided, your new password and the authentication app. The old login method has therefore been deactivated.
I did migrate my user
If you did go through the steps above, then your user has been successfully migrated earlier. In that case, you log in with your email address, that you specified in the previous steps, and your password.
Next, you open the authenticator app on your phone and enter the six-digit verification code. Now click Verify to log in.
